Bliss

My little Queenslanders enjoying a sunny afternoon


With the gorgeous summer weather comes the wonderful news that our builder has completed our house extension! Today is the first day that I can relax and not share my front and back yard with tradies and noise in 5 months.

We have a bit of work to do ourselves but we move in tonight - exciting!

My heart is light, I hadn't realised how much the mess and stress had been wearing on me. Now I can enjoy our beautiful property and its peace and quiet with my beautiful girls whilst planning our family Christmas on our new gorgeous deck.

I can only imagine the constant pressure a build or renovation can put on your shoulders. That will be in the next year or two. Love Posie

Love that photo of your two girls! Just gorgeous! And yes, it matches with your comments about feeling so much 'lighter' knowing that you now have your property back to yourselves. I remember the peace and tranquility there - it must have been so hard to have had that interrupted for so long - especially with having a newborn and then with all of the other stresses you've had going on as well.

Can't wait to see the finished pictures and hopefully come and visit sometime in the new year. :)
