Love, bubs and life on our little farm

I am so over painting, paint tins, drop sheets, ladders and washing out brushes it is not even funny. I have never done such a big painting job in my entire life - starting from bare gyprock and timber is hard work. And the paler colours we are using have required extra coats - add to that the fact that we have little kids so we can mostly only paint at night when we are already tired... means its taking a long painful time.

But we have almost completed the interior painting - all but two doors really. And it looks amazing - this helps soothe the soul a little when I drag my tired butt out in the evening after getting the kids to bed to work on the exterior painting.

And really it is all quite exciting - we are putting up window dressings, the carpets go in on Thursday (providing I remember to go the shop to pay, it keeps slipping my mind that it needs to be done) and the deck handrails are about to be finished off.

So anyway, here it is - the completed interior paint colours... The main colour - Crewelwork from Dulux is an interesting colour. It can look very yellow and then other times quite creamy and beige. I love it - it is warm and delicate.
